La casa a Torrevieja

Molte persone mi scrivono che vogliono trovare casa a Torrevieja, all'inizio venendo nei mesi invernali, chiudono la casa in Italia e affittano casa qui. Con i soldi che in Italia spenderebbero di riscaldamento qui si pagano quasi un affitto.
Il resto lo guadagnano facendo.la spesa, circa 30 % in meno che in Italia. Per poi trovare una sistemazione definitiva mirata e spostarsi definitivamente. I prezzi sono ragionevoli, si può trovare un appartamento in affitto da una camera da letto a 300 euro al mese, se poi pensate che come utenze ci si ritrova solo luce e acqua, che non incidono neanche 50 euro al mese e che le spese di condominio spesso con piscina condominiale , le paga il proprietario, ci si riesce bene in 2 persone a vivere qui.

Oppure vi sono persone che vogliono acquistare casa, il mercato immobiliare ha pagato cara la crisi gli anni scorsi è le case hanno subito un forte calo nelle quotazioni, ora però si è  rimessa a girare la ruota dell'economia del mattone e sono ripartite tutte le costruzioni, anche quelle ferme da molti anni. Le case ora vanno a ruba....
Credo sia adesso il momento giusto per acquistare casa qui, gli immobili sono ancora sottovalutati e vi è  modo di fare buoni affari.

Finding a house in Torrevieja

A lot of people are asking me that they want to find a house to stay in Torrevieja, coming only in winter months first, to close their house in Italy and to rent a house here.

With the necessary money to pay only the heating bills, here you can afford to pay a full rent ; the rest is gained when going to shop, almost 30% less than Italy, for then finding a definitive accomodation to definitely move to Spain.

Prices are reasonable, you can find a rental apartment for 300 euros per month ; thinking that the only consumptions are for water and light, whose are less than 50 euros per month and that condominium fees almost always with pool included are paid from the owner, makes it good even for two people to live there.

There are also people who want to buy a house :  the housing market suffered a lot from last year’s economic crisis and houses were subjected to a very high price decrease but now it’s all re-starting, even constructions who were abandoned for years.

I think that now is the best moment for buying a house here, properties are still under-evaluated and there’s the possibility to make very good deals.
