A spasso per l'habaneras 

Stamattina io e Franca siamo uscite rigorosamente oltre le 11,00, per fare delle commesse, poi siamo andate all'Habaneras Centro Commerciale per un pasto veloce, il nostro solito posto, il nuovissimo piccolo locale dove tutta frutta e verdura fresca  mangi e bevi e caffè rigorosamente espresso...

Franca ha preso insalata mista, kiwi,pomodorini,lattuga,prosciutto,olive...

Io wrap con insalata pomodoro tonno e cipolla.


da bere il solito succo fresco ace con zenzero.

I soliti due caffè ristretti perfetti ormai ci conoscono = 11.00 euro in due.

Ora io dico ma sarà una bella idea, tutto fresco e preparato al momento, sano, buono e con un prezzo giusto.

Ormai quando a mezzogiorno siamo fuori si viene qui.

Strolling around Habaneras

This morning me and Franca went out severely over 11AM to do some commissions, then after we went to the Habaneras Mall for a quick meal in our same place, a little local with all fresh fruits & vegetables to eat and drink, with an Espresso coffee.

Franca took a mixed salad with kiwi, cherry tomatoes, lettuce, ham and olives, while instead I took a wrap with salad, tomatoe, tuna and onion; to drink the usual ACE & ginger juice.

In the end the two usual perfect short black coffees: total cost 11€ in two.

Isn’t it a brilliant idea? All freshly prepared products, healthy, tasty and with a good price.

When it’s midday and we’re out, it’s always a pleasure to come here.
