Sorridi sei in Banca

La cosa che mi ha colpito maggiormente a Torrevieja sono  le banche.

Davanti alla banca non vi é  nessuna guardia, all'inizio non capivo dove si entrava perché non vi è  nessuna porta girevole o metal detector o loculo apri chiudi, come nelle nostre banche, ma una porta normalissima come per entrare in macelleria.

 
Solo il direttore ha un ufficio a parte e tutto il resto é  un grande  Open Space.

Mi ha colpito la rampa per i disabili che occupa uno spazio.immenso per avere una giusta pendenza.

A proposito un 3 % e compri casa con un finanziamento.

I bancomat sono all'inizio con tutte le lingue del mondo basta selezionare la lingua voluta.

Chi ha avuto problemi economici e quindi anche con la banca, mi ha confermato che non sono avvoltoi e approfittatori, ma sono molto disponibili e cercano con il cliente una soluzione per non metterlo in difficoltà, il principio è  che conviene al cliente e conviene a loro...

Per aprire un conto corrente da vacanziero nessun problema è immediato, per un residente con le agevolazioni di un residente, serve il NIE ( documento che attesta la residenza e la registrazione in anagrafe).
L'atmosfera che si respira è sempre quella "sorridi sei in Spagna".

The thing that surprised me the most in Torrevieja are the banks.

In front of the bank there are no guards, in the beginning I didn’t understand where to enter because there are no revolving doors or metal detectors or open-close doors as in our banks, but a normal door like a shop.

Only the director has an office apart from the rest and everything else is a large Open Space.

One of the things that surprised me a lot is the ramp for handicapped people that occupies a huge space for having an adequate slope.

With a 3% you can buy a home with a loan ; ATMs are at the beginning with all the world's languages, you simply have to select the language you desire.

If someone had economic problems and therefore also with the bank confirmed me that they aren’t profiteers, but they are very helpful and try to search for a solution with the client to not put him in a difficult situation ; it’s worth for both the client and the bank.

It’s very immediate to open a bank account if you’re just on holiday, instead for being a resident you need the NIE (a document that certifies the residence and registration at the Civil Registry).

The atmosphere you feel is always the same : “Smile! You’re in Spain.”
